@vidak FujiNet lets Atari 8-bits and others do Internet stuff, including a text fedi client. Really the main obstacle is SSL, so you just need something to handle that.
i have always wanted to try and come up with a minimalistic ecosystem that would allow people to use the internet on an old micro
even if it was just a web gateway... i used to have an old macintosh SE/30 as well, i would have loved to get something like that online
So I commented on that post from Mozilla where they were asking for comments regarding the new ai integration.
Making that comment subscribed me to all new comments to that post, and now my mailbox is filling up with nothing but messages from people explaining just what a terrible idea it is.
I'm sure this will stop Mozilla from chasing this latest hype.

You don't have this #RetroComputer ... This is the Pecom 64, made in Serbia from 1985. It uses the very unusual RCA 1802 microprocessor. This is the only one known to be in North America.

Just bought the digital version of the new Lovecraftian quick-play Roguelike, "Roguecraft" for the ECS Amiga.
