I should have read the store listing for the Pico VGA Terminal on the RC2014 website properly--

There is an updated version called the RP2040 VGA Terminal.

Been thinking it may just be easier to buy the newer fully assembled model, just so the @permacomputer project can move forward with a hardware proof of concept...

Either that or I will attempt to unpick how these resistor ladders work...
