sorry for the inactivity. i have been very very sick. the stomach pain i was suffering even necessitated going to the hospital emergency department.
i have recovered, and i think i have figured out what is going on. it has taken about 18 months, though.

Really sorry to hear that. I've been through my own personal hell of health issues with long covid over the past four years, including having to completely reset my stomach and diet from scratch from the end of last year. Let me know if you ever feel like talking about it. Sounds like you have made some good progress 🥳 🙏
